What is Fasciablasting? Fasciablasting is fascia manipulation. They are hand-held tools used on top of the skin, using friction and pressure, back and forth movement. This stimulation of the fascia has these benefits: -eradication of cellulite -spot reduction of subcutaneous fat -regeneration of soft tissue -increased systemic collagen production -decreased systematic inflammation -increase in Irisin a.k.a. "super hormones" -increased metabolic rate When fascia is healthy it does several things: -tightens saggy tummies -smooths cellulite on the thighs -tightens saggy upper arms -tightens jawlines -reduces fat pockets -relieves aches and tightness in the muscle (because it may not be the muscle. It's the fascia wound tight around the muscle.) During the session, hot stones will warm the subcutaneous tissue layers prior to Fasciablasting. Post-fasciablasting, a quick Swedish massage, followed by Maely's cellulite warming cream will be applied for maximum results. FASCIABLASTING IS INTENDED FOR HEALTHY BODIES LOOKING TO IMPROVE AND THAT CAN HANDLE TEMPORARY DISCOMFORT.
